The Half Bap Apartment. Belfast's Cathedral Quarter

Great location. Pity about the water drippy outside bedroom window. Positive: Excellent location. Nice spacious apartment. Negative: Unfortunately there was a water dripping onto a plastic container in the courtyard outside the bedroom window every night. This made quite a noise and disturbed my sleep. Other than that, the apartment was good.

Good for a short weekend stay Positive: Location was alright once we got used to the area. Washing machine was a good thing to have. Nice big fridge. Bed & pillows were comfortable. Bathroom was clean. General state of apartment was clean. Host is very responsive. Was able to suggest places for food etc. A lovely cafe called 'Neighbourhood Cafe' just at the end of the street was lovely & bustling at breakfast time. Negative: Not crazy about the area but it was quiet at night. Not much foot traffic but the road gets busy in the day. Apartment a bit dated. Fridge was noisy in the night if sleeping in the living room. We had to switch it off at night. Not sure why they require to submit photo id as I didn't notice any security camera screen at entrance for face id.

Was a great spot and parking a bonus . Positive: Was perfect for taking my child to university.
